Our participation in 40 days for life was noticed

GOOD NEWS from the vigil site!
On Halloween (All Hallows Eve), a group of homeschooling mothers and their teenage children took up the 40 Days for Life prayer vigil outside Planned Parenthood in Hempstead. Faith in action from the generation losing it's peers!
Tonight, November 1st, youths arrived again!
This time it was the youth group from St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church in Elmont. About 10 teens huddled in a tight circle on the sidewalk and prayed. Led by an enthusiastic young lady, we look forward to working with this group beyond the 40 Days for Life campaign.

So there you have it - it IS possible, even on Long Island, to bring teens out to be a public witrness in defense of preborn life. Kudos to all the teens and to the adults who drove them to Hempstead and encouraged them to participate.
