I couldn't post on Fr. Fessio's firing at Ave Maria University; I was too disconsolate at the Catholic infighting. Ave Maria is near the top of Gaby's possible college list (only 4 years away)and Fr. Fessio is a perpetual favorite of mine. So, now, I'm reporting that he's moving from administration to Theology, where I think he belongs. His fine mind should be free to focus on the higher things. Ave Maria still has his advice if needed, and has saved itself from the scandal of ousting Fr. Fessio. Apparently someone has been praying. Would that all Church spats could be handled this amicably.
