The enemy ships panic and disperse, colliding with and scuttling each other."Some auxiliary ships, which had gallantly fought alongside their flagship, are the first to tie up at the two columns. Many others, which had fearfully kept far away from the fight, stand still, cautiously waiting until the wrecked enemy ships vanish under the waves. Then they too head for the two columns, tie up at the swinging hooks and ride safe and tranquil beside their flagship. A great calm now covers the sea."

I agree, this Pope in the dream/parable most resembles our current Pope Benedict XVI. Securing the Traditional Mass as the extraordinary form of the Latin Mass while maintaining the ordinary form in a "mutually enriching" relationship is much like mooring the ship of the Church to the Eucharist. I wrote about this in my book Dream of the Great Ship: Interpretations of Saint John Bosco's Dream of the Two Columns. Do you think the Pope has something in mind that will moor us to Mary soon?
