Are the courts going to stop Obama?

This Clintons for McCain Palin website speaks of an investigation of Obama for violating Federal RICO laws. . ."The buzz in those corridors is that federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has been leading a team of FBI investigators in 10 states working on a RICO case.
Today, it was announced that ACORN is being investigated in 10 states.
That’s one H-ll of a coincidence.
We asked why Fitzgerald would be involved in this, because he’s the prosecutor on the Tony Rezko case and we aren’t aware of ACORN being investigated in Illinois.
We were told that ACORN was investigated in Illinois years ago, and it was a Fitzgerald case then. This means ACORN’s activities today, involving a conspiracy to commit multi-state voter fraud on SoetorObama’s behalf, are an extension of that previous ACORN case."

Very interesting, this is what you get when you depose Her Majesty, Obama! (can you hear me snickering in cyncial glee?!) The best thing that can happen for our side is for Democrats to tear each other apart, claiming corruption. Hillary should know.
This may be the salvation of McCain Palin!

October surprises are boutiful.

The one I am watching is a Assistant DA, Phil Berg, in Pennsylvania - who is a Democrat -is bringing Obama to court stating he is not a citizen and therefore can not run for President. The DA has two claims: first his grandmother and half-siblings claim he was born in Kenya, and second he was a citizen of Indonesia, therefore forfeiting his US citizen.

The DA is scared that the Republicans will drop this bomb the weekend before the election and he is trying to stop it.

Both sides went to court, and Obama's lawyers did not provide a vault copy of the birth certificate ending the issue, instead they claimed Berg, being an individual, would not suffer enough damage if this was true to allow him to file this lawsuit.

after FOCA - mandatory abortion?

St. Padre Pio, Humanae Vitae, and Mandatory Abortion

St. Pio defended the controversial encyclical, praising its “lofty teachings” and “eternal truths.”

An aspect of the document often overlooked today is its grim warning that governments might “impose” contraceptive methods on citizens.

In the light of the Humanae Vitae’s other accurate predictions,
are mandatory birth control and abortion on the horizon for America?
