ACORN and fraudulent voter registration

The New York Post had the headline, "One Man, 72 Votes" about an Ohio man who was bribed with cigarettes and registered to vote 72 times.
" a federal judge yesterday ordered Ohio's Secretary of State to verify the identity of newly registered voters by matching them with other government documents. The order was in response to a Republican lawsuit unrelated to the ACORN probe in Cuyahoga County, in which at least three people, including Johnson, have been subpoenaed.
Bribing citizens with gifts, property or anything of value is a fourth-degree felony in Ohio, punishable by up to 18 months in prison. And it's a fifth-degree felony - punishable by 12 months in jail."

Is it my imagination or is there quite a buzz on the internet lately with all sorts of allegations regarding Obama?

Have you heard about him being sued for his birth certificate?

YES, I almost posted on it, but was afraid it was only a rumor. Truth doesn't seem to matter lately, the judiciary is so far left since the Clinton Administration, that justice is seldom done.
IF Obama was not born in the USA, he IS autmatically disqualified to run for president. IF the courts believe those who are suing have proper documentation.

There seems to be a reputable attorney pursuing the law suit. See my blog for a video and his website, www.obamacrimes.com
