What's at stake in the election: millions of innocent lives

Catholic teaching is clear on this: of all the issues in the election only one is most important: HUMAN LIFE. All others, the environment, gas prices, the war, security, immigration, take a back seat.
If a candidate is proabortion as Senators Obamaand Biden are , then a Catholic may not vote for them.
If a candidate is prolife, as John McCain and Sarah Palin are, then on this issue alone, Catholics must vote for them.
WHY?
50 million babies have died since Roe v Wade in 1973. This is far more than lives lost in the Iraq war, or to street violence, or the death penalty. Until this injustice is ended, nothing else comes close in importance.
Here is what a liberal newspaper, the LA Times says it at stake in the election: Roe v Wade.“Every four years, defenders of abortion rights proclaim that the fate of Roe vs. Wade hangs on the outcome of the presidential election,” the Times said in a Sunday story. “This year, they may be right.”
