For those of us who have lost children before birth, we often long for some kind of ceremony, a funeral of some kind to lay our beloved child to rest. Tiller offered this to families who had just paid him to perform partial birth abortions on their child, right in his mill.
Somehow this child Tess was deemed unworthy of life, yet here are her parents posing with her mutilated body. They sent these photos to a pro-lifer who failed to talk the mom out of the abortion, but did leave her adddress with the couple.
Read her note carefully. She was in intense pain and regrets her smile in these photos. Warning, these are very difficult to view.
Tiller played with their emotions to get their $5,000, then minstered to them afterwards. Sick, very sick.
"Woe to those who call good evil and evil good".

A couple of things to clarify:
1. Tiller didn't do partial birth abortion, in which the baby is alive for the three days of the abortion process and is killed only at the last moment, during delivery. Tiller took no chances -- he killed the baby on Day 1, before the mother could have a chance to change her mind, then had her stay in a motel room for three days while the baby's body rotted inside her. That's why Tess is so red in the pictures, and her skin is deteriorating.
2. It's not that the parents deemed the child unworthy of life. It's that somebody convinced them that it was an act of mercy to kill her before she was born so that she wouldn't have to deal with the cystic fibrosis. That's the case with virtually all of the prenatal diagnosis cases. Parents are pushed into abortion "to spare the child suffering", and they're in so much shock that they go along with what they're being told is the right thing to do. Afterward they can either cling to the idea that it was right and necessary, or they can recognize what they actually did. The second is likely far too painful for most parents to admit. They must cling to the idea that they were bravely sparing their child suffering, or crack under the strain of admitting that they robbed the child of what life he or she could have had.
My wife and I had our 6th child yesterday. Reading this story and seeing those grotesque pictures breaks my heart.
We must be careful not to let our anger consume us when confronted by the horror of abortion. We must continue to act in the spirit of charity when we witness for Christ and the dignity of every human being.
"By this shall all men know that you are my disciples, if you have love one for another." John 13:35(DR)
I am not letting my anger consume me, I have sympathy with couples who face an unfavorable diganosis in their unborn child. I merely shated this so that the world may know how such parents' fears are manipulated into profit by people like Tiller, and how much they suffer when they overcome their numbness and realize the full horror of what they have done; killing their baby.
Lumina ministries has a special post-abortive healing retreat for such parents, which recognizes the fear that such parents feel at bringing such a baby into this world.
Leticia...my comment was not directed at you. I was speaking as much to myself as anyone else because those photos can elicit a "gut level" reaction of anger. Focusing on Christ is the only way to avoid acting out of anger.
Thanks, I was reticient about publishing such raw stuff, but Tiller is being lionized by the other side, and the truth must be known. I didn't mean to vilify those parents, obviously God has been working in their hearts or they wouldn't have shared those heartbreaking photos.
May God continue to heal post-abortive parents so they can teach us all the horrors of abortion.
Leticia, I too find those photos so un imaginable. However, very necessary to understand this fully. God bless that mother for her heroic actions to share them with the world. I am incredibly grateful for all you do to help others to see what abortion really is. You are in our Rosary intentions. Much love to you my friend. Diane
