While Sam's pro-life position is laudable, his attempts to morph millions of illegal aliens into citizens is dispicable! I looked at your blog in search of a "report" on Brownback and find only a photo album. Time to continue the search.
I'm sorry, my friend, but no one can morph human beings into anything, since they are made in the image and likeness of God! This choice of words displays a venomous xenophobia towards our fellow Catholics, who suffer tremendously in their home countries. Senator Brownback does support the legalization process as does President Bush, so that they don't remain a permanent underclass. Unless you are of Indian heritage, your ancestors were afforded that privelege. Before you say, "but,they came legally", check your facts carefully. My Irish grandmother lied to the authorities about her age(she had to send money home to feed hungry siblings)and my Irish great aunt snuck in through Canada. Can I now judge my husband who swam the Rio Grande to feed his family during the civil war in El Salvador?
