Supreme Court to decide Obama's eligiblity to become president

If he is not qualified, and this story is true, I cetainly hope that this is decided before the Inauguration. This would be a travesty of justice, almost equal to our election of the most pro-abortion politician in US history.

Then what would happen? A new election, I hope?

Certainly it would provoke a lot of controversy, but I don't know what the Consitution provides for in this case.
Time to pray for our country.

There isn't any provision for another election. If an elected president is ruled ineligible between the election and inauguration (or for that matter, if he or she died or committed a crime and had to go to prison) the Vice-President-elect would become president, and he could choose anyone he wanted to be his vice president.

In this case that would obviously be Joe Biden.
