You just can't trust Democrats when it comes to abortion; they are too in debt to the likes of Planned Parenthood. This looked like a victory but most likely it was only a tactic of the left. Jesus warned us to be wise as the people of this world are wise, looks like pro-lifers were snookered!

Sorry to rain on your parade as you try to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, but this was a double victory for Catholics: finally getting a real step towards the universal health care we've been advocating for so long AND having abortion funding taken out, largely due to pressure from the bishops.
